And theytooktheirjourneyfromElim, and all the congregation of the children of Israelcameunto the wilderness of Sin, which is betweenElim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the secondmonthaftertheirdeparting out of the land of Egypt.
And the children of Israelsaiduntothem, Would to God we had died by the hand of the LORD in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the fleshpots, and when we did eat bread to the full; for ye havebrought us forthintothiswilderness, to killthiswholeassemblywithhunger.
And Mosessaid, Thisshall be, when the LORDshallgive you in the eveningflesh to eat, and in the morningbread to the full; for that the LORDhearethyourmurmuringswhich ye murmuragainst him: and what are we? yourmurmurings are not against us, but against the LORD.
This is the thingwhich the LORDhathcommanded, Gather of it every man according to his eating, an omer for every man, according to the number of yourpersons; take ye every man for themwhich are in his tents.
And he saiduntothem, This is thatwhich the LORDhathsaid, To morrow is the rest of the holysabbathunto the LORD: bakethatwhich ye willbake to day, and seethethat ye willseethe; and thatwhichremainethover lay up for you to be keptuntil the morning.
And Mosessaid, This is the thingwhich the LORDcommandeth, Fill an omer of it to be kept for yourgenerations; thatthey may see the breadwherewith I have fed you in the wilderness, when I brought you forthfrom the land of Egypt.
