And the LORDsaiduntoMoses, Depart, and go up hence, thou and the peoplewhichthouhastbrought up out of the land of Egypt, unto the landwhich I swareuntoAbraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, Unto thy seedwill I give it:
For the LORD had saiduntoMoses, Say unto the children of Israel, Ye are a stiffneckedpeople: I willcome up into the midst of thee in a moment, and consumethee: therefore now put off thy ornamentsfromthee, that I may knowwhat to do untothee.
And Mosestook the tabernacle, and pitched it without the camp, afar off from the camp, and called it the Tabernacle of the congregation. And it came to pass, thatevery one whichsought the LORDwent out unto the tabernacle of the congregation, which was without the camp.
And Mosessaidunto the LORD, See, thousayestunto me, Bring up thispeople: and thouhast not let me knowwhomthouwiltsendwith me. Yet thouhastsaid, I knowthee by name, and thouhastalsofoundgrace in my sight.
For whereinshall it be knownherethat I and thy peoplehavefoundgrace in thy sight? is it not in thatthougoestwith us? so shall we be separated, I and thy people, from all the peoplethat are upon the face of the earth.
