Then the city was broken up, and all the men of war fled, and wentforth out of the city by night by the way of the gatebetween the two walls, which was by the king’sgarden; (now the Chaldeanswere by the cityroundabout:) and theywent by the way of the plain.

And the basons, and the firepans, and the bowls, and the caldrons, and the candlesticks, and the spoons, and the cups; thatwhich was of gold in gold, and thatwhich was of silver in silver, took the captain of the guardaway.
And a chapiter of brass was upon it; and the height of one chapiter was fivecubits, withnetwork and pomegranatesupon the chapitersroundabout, all of brass. The secondpillaralso and the pomegranateswerelikeuntothese.
He tookalso out of the city an eunuch, which had the charge of the men of war; and seven men of themthatwerenear the king’sperson, whichwerefound in the city; and the principalscribe of the host, who mustered the people of the land; and threescore men of the people of the land, thatwerefound in the midst of the city.
And it came to pass in the seven and thirtiethyear of the captivity of Jehoiachinking of Judah, in the twelfthmonth, in the five and twentieth day of the month, thatEvilmerodachking of Babylon in the firstyear of his reignlifted up the head of Jehoiachinking of Judah, and brought him forth out of prison,
